This is a new post created to support energy support advisors (ESAs) to provide clients with a holistic pathway towards achieving more affordable warmth, by carrying out related administrative tasks.
This post will provide contact with clients and administrative duties including office support, ideally with experience of working with Microsoft 365.
Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply as full training can be provided.
Full-time or Part-time.
ESO - £25,242 (Entry level) plus 8% pension
Contract until 31st March 2026, with extension dependent upon continuing funding.

If you would like to support THAW or are unable to apply for one of our paid roles, then do consider volunteering in our friendly office. We have various jobs that just require a small commitment of time but can help our team significantly. This can range from admin support, to delivering Cosy Home Packs and food parcels, or becoming a board member.
