Property Improvement Coordinator(s)

Excellent communication and organisational skills required. 

This post will be working with households on the isles (at present Eday, Rousay, Egilsay and Wyre) to manage property improvements in collaboration with Energy Support Advisers (ESAs) and improvements assessors/designers.


Full-time or Part-time available


£28,392 (includes £1200 Essential Personal Transport Use) plus 8% pension


Contract until 31st March 2026, with extension dependent upon continuing funding.

Experienced in management of facilities as well as financial, IT and other administrative systems. 

This post will provide administrative and office support including financial recording, ideally with experience of working with bookkeeping software.

Energy Support Officer

 This is a new post created to support energy support advisors (ESAs) to provide clients with a holistic pathway towards achieving more affordable warmth, by carrying out related administrative tasks. 

This post will provide contact with clients and administrative duties including office support, ideally with experience of working with Microsoft 365. 

Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply as full training can be provided.


Full-time or Part-time.
